Since your account is created and managed by your coach, they are the primary account manager, but we are also happy to assist you with cancelling your account. No need to provide a reason, just let us know and we'll handle it.
The best first approach to cancelling your account is reaching out to your coach. If they don't respond or aren't being helpful, here are the three additional options to cancel your account:
Send a "Cancel Account" message in this widget, and we'll confirm deletion immediately.
Send an email to [email protected] from the email account registered in Velocity/your coach's portal saying "Cancel Account," and we'll immediately confirm deletion.
Let your coach know you'd like to cancel, and they'll do it for you.
Please know that when we cancel your account, all of your associated data will also be deleted, and there will be no record of you in our system.
