Follow these easy steps to import a workout you've already created in TrainingPeaks:
When you're in TrainingPeaks, drag the workout you want to export out of your library and onto a calendar spot.
Click on the workout on the calendar to get the workout details pop-up.
To the right of the title, you'll see a little down arrow icon and click on that.
Choose the ZWO format and export the workout.
Return to the "Workout" tab in the Velocity coaches portal and click on the blue "Import Workout" icon in the upper right corner of your Velocity workout library.
Select the ZWO workout file from where you exported/downloaded it from TP.
Velocity will automatically open the workout details window and you can edit the ranges, targets, and additional Velocity-specific features as you wish.
Click "Save" and "Close" when you're finished.
