Exporting workouts from TrainingPeaks takes a little getting used to, but once you do it, you'll be a pro in no time.
Log in to your TrainingPeaks account.
Drag the workout you want onto the calendar on a day in the future.
Click on the workout to edit it.
Just to the right of the workout title, you'll see a small down arrow icon.
When you click on it, you'll get the export options.
Export the workout in the ZWO format to a known location on your computer.
Return to the coach portal on Velocity, and click on the Workout tab.
In the upper-right corner, click the blue "Import Workout" button.
Select the workout file and import it.
Edit however you wish, and you're good to go!
