If you lose your video connection during a workout, you can quickly and easily reconnect them.  In the upper right corner you'll see your video box and a video camera icon above it.  You can click on either to reconnect your video feed.  

You don't have to leave the workout to reconnect your video (and audio...it's the same stream).
