We have learned older models (prior to 2018) have constrained processing power and memory limitations that can lead to the app crashing around 40 minutes into a workout. While we have worked hard to minimize the resource requirements to run Velocity, the older hardware configurations can struggle to keep up.
Best Practices for the iPad app:
Please make sure your iPad has the most recent OS
Settings> General> Software Updates
Close out of all unnecessary background apps
Double-click the home button> Swipe other apps up
Close out of the app when you finish a workout
The app will remember your devices an automatically reconnect when you relaunch the app
