Sometimes there can be issues with cache or historical information getting stuck in your local internet files. Clearing your local cache for Velocity will help you resolve a number of issues.

Here's a detailed description of how to do it:

To start, go to https://app.vqvelocity.com and make sure you're not logged in (log out if you need to).

Click on that little button to the left of the app.vqvelocity.com URL. That’ll bring up the following menu/dialog...

From there click on the “Cookies and site data” option near the bottom. That will bring up the following dialog...

Select the “Manage on-device site data” option. That brings up the following (and last) dialog...

From there click the trash cans for each of the sites listed then click the “Done” button.

Chrome will then give you a “Reload” button. Click that button to reload the app and that’ll force a re-login. That should get you into the latest version.
